1.Packaging
1)Commercial packaging: 1pc/plastic bag + color box + carton + pallet;
2)Industrial packaging: a):plastic tube + carton + pallet; b). plastic bag +kraft paper + carton + pallet;
3)According to the requirement of customer.
2. Payment:
1) T/T:30% deposit , 70% should be paid before shippment.
2) L/C at sight. (high bank charge, not suggest , but acceptable )
3) 100% Western Union in advance. (specially for air shipment or small amount)
3. Delivery:
1) Less than 45 KGS, we will send by express. ( Door to Door, Convenient )
2) Between 45 - 200 KGS, we will send by air transport. ( Fastest and safest, but expensive )
3) More than 200 KGS, we will send by sea. ( Cheapest, but long time )
Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are factory.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 2-3 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 7-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: payment will be made by T/T. 30% deposit+balanced 70% against B/L copy.
