The basic type of deep groove ball bearing consists of an outer ring, an inner ring, a set of steel balls and a set of retainers. There are two types of deep groove ball bearing, single row and double row, deep groove ball structure also divided into two types of sealed and open structure, open type refers to the bearing without a sealed structure, sealed deep groove ball is divided into dustproof seal and oil-proof seal. The dustproof seal cover material is steel sheet stamping, which only plays a simple role in preventing dust from entering the bearing raceway. The oil-proof type is contact oil seal, which can effectively prevent the grease from spilling inside the bearing.
Single row deep groove ball bearing type code is 6, double row deep groove ball bearing code is 4. Its simple structure, easy to use, is the most common production, the most widely used type of bearings.
